Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

LTW Miniatures is based in the UK. My miniature quilts have found their forever dollhouses all over the world and I routinely ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and beyond. If you cannot find your country in my shipping options, please send me a message here, and I will do my best to fix that for you!

Everything in the LTW Miniatures shop is ready to post, unless otherwise stated. I usually post out orders within 1-3 working days.

Please be aware of postal transit times.

UK friends, please allow 1-2 weeks. International friends, please allow 2-4 weeks. Occaisionally things do take longer and I really appreciate your patience!

Very rarely, things go missing, and I will of course refund if your order hasn't arrived within 6 weeks of posting.

    Taxes and Duties

All prices shown are without local taxes or duties. Payment of taxes and duties is the responsibility of the buyer. You may be charged taxes and duties by your carrier when your package arrives.

Apologies I cannot tell you how much that might be - alas I am not an international tax expert. Last time I checked, the USA threshold was $800 but please check your own country's laws.

    Returns and Refunds

If you have any problems with your order, please do reach out to me so I can try to fix it!

I gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. A full refund of the original purchase price will be offered (excluding return postage costs) upon receipt of your order in its original condition.

      Commissions

I take commissions - please let me know what you have in mind! Make times are around 2-4 weeks depending on the design/fabric. Find out more on my Commissions page.

        About me

I'm Anne-Marie and I've been making 1:12 dollhouse miniature quilts for about 10 years. I've always loved miniatures and patchwork quilts, so it made sense to combine the two!

I run LTW Miniatures around caring for my young family and my day job.

Making tiny patchwork quilts is almost like a form of therapy to me, and it brings me great joy to see my creations brought to life in your dollhouse collections around the world.
