PIMA Turquoise Zigzag Double Quilt and Pillows for 1:12 Dollhouse

This pretty turquoise zigzag quilt is perfect for a 12th scale dollhouse. It was also my entry for PIMA 2023 (Perfection In Miniature Awards) run by the Kensington Dollshouse Festival. It didn't win, but it was an honour to be included among such esteemed miniaturists!

The miniature quilt measures 6.5" x 5 and 3/8" (17 x 13.5cm) and fits a 12th scale double bed. There is an insert in the quilt which makes it foldable so you can shape it to your dollhouse bed for a more realistic drape (miniature patchwork is very rigid otherwise).

No printed patchwork fabric here, this is the real deal. It was made exactly as I would make a real-sized patchwork quilt, just on a much smaller scale. The tiny central squares of each block measure barely more than 1/8" - the smallest I've ever made! Many hours went into making it. The quilt is backed with teal fabric.

Three pillows are included, featuring one patchwork cushion.
