This purple dollhouse miniature patchwork quilt was entirely hand-sewn by me. The miniature quilt measures 7" by 6" (18 x 15.5cm) and fits a 12th scale double bed. Each little hexagonal patch measures just over 3/4" across. Inside the quilt there is a foldable insert so you can drape the miniature quilt to better fit your dollhouse bed, as miniature patchwork is quite rigid otherwise. Two matcing pillows are included.
I sewed each little patchwork hexagon together using the English paper piecing technique. It is backed with matching purple fabric. It was made exactly as I would make a real-sized quilt, except on a much smaller scale. Many hours went into making it.
Add a little handmade cuteness to your dollhouse with some purple and lilac hues.
